Raspberry Peach Frosé

  • 750 ml rosé wine (1 bottle)
  • 50 ml limoncello
  • 2 cups frozen peaches, plus a few fresh peach slices for garnish
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, plus a few extra for garnish
  • fresh mint sprigs and/or edible lavender blossoms, optional garnish
  1. Pour the rosé into ice cube trays and freeze overnight for 8 hours. (Note - rosé makes for rather slushy cubes since alcohol doesn’t freeze all the way.)
  2. Blend frozen peaches, fresh raspberries, limoncello and rosé cubes together in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with raspberries, fresh peach slices, mint and lavender blossoms as desired.
