Feature fall’s star ingredient on your breakfast table with these naturally gluten-free, lightly sweetened and warmly spiced pumpkin chocolate chip granola cups!
It’s fall, y’all! And in case you didn’t get the memo, it’s also pumpkin time. Flashes of orange are abound and I can’t complain! Pumpkins are one of my absolute favorite things about the season; especially when it comes to baking and entertaining. Do you agree? I’ve been including pumpkin and warmly spiced flavors in almost everything on my table this season. And these pumpkin chocolate chip granola cups are no exception!
Infused with pumpkin puree, pepitas (pumpkin seeds) and pumpkin pie spice, these granola cups are the real, pumpkinny deal. They provide a great source of fiber, protein, vitamin A and healthy fats. Did I mention that they’re loaded with mini chocolate chips, lightly sweetened with maple syrup and sprinkled with hemp hearts for an extra protein boost? What’s not to like!
Super satisfying, these pumpkin chocolate chip granola cups come together in just 30 minutes and taste best when shared. [Tweet “The easiest pumpkin chocolate chip granola cups you have to share with friends this fall season! “]
Load them up with yogurt (coconut yogurt is my favorite, but any yogurt will do!). Top them off with fresh fruit and herbs.
